N95 - crunchy slider?

hi - i am on my 4th handset now, the first one you had to wiggle the battery input to make it charge, the next 2 developed crunchy / grating sliders (second one within about 4 hours) and now this one has the same problem...

the guy in the shop said they had sold 3000 and only had 10 faults, and 3 of them were mine....

am i the only one this is happening to? can anyone recommend a different phone thats as good as the N95?

so i thought i would phone their customer services as did not want to go to the shop and get the bordering on rude service again - and first off phoned the 0870 number, and listened to the messages and eventually get through to be cut off 4 times!! arrghh, so i then phone web sales and the nice guy puts me through

i said not sure about keeping the N95 as this is the fourth exchange, i then get ' you can take your phone into the store, then once we have confirmation - we will then send out a replacement...' sorry - are you the same company??' eventually after asking to talk to the manager, i was offered they would send the phone to the store and then i could go and exhange, how long? 7 to 10 days....? cant i have a stock phone? 'no, the store wont be happy about that!' not happy? sod the customer! - if the store is not happy.... so then she says, i'll need to speak to the exchange team who are not in (fair enough its saturday) to see what we can exchange for, ok, so you will phone me by lunch time on Monday, no, i'll send an email and should hear back by Tuesday...

well - i am going to go to another shop (CPW maybe) next week and get a new phone (as need to keep my number) and then tell phones4U to get stuffed! its soo annoying as last year they were so good.
