travelzoo

I recently purchased some spa day voucher for myself and two friends. I arranged the date with the hotel and booked in a weekend date. However the hotel rang back and said they couldn't forfill this date anymore
I tried to arrange another date and they said they had no more availability until after the expiry date as they were full.
Travelzoo are refusing to refund the money.
Please help.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, was the amount £100 or more?

    Please help.

Completed an N1 (County Court form) claiming jointly against both parties and sent a copy to both (in your case TravelZoo and the Hotel.

State this as a PAP pre action protocol and if you don't hear from them in 7 days you'll be issuing the claim.

This is enough in most cases.
