Now TV technical help please

Hi folks - any experts of Now TV on here to help a frustrated soul...
I bought the box and put it into the tv etc...
switched on - all going well
found the network and put in the password
connected
now box said it needed to do an update and would then restart
restarted... and now cannot find the router....
it finds everyone elses - i've even had it through my phone, but the sky router just does not show up anywhere, yet it did for the initial update...
I've tried everything that I can think of - restarted the box, factory reset of the box, restarted the router, reset the router...
What am I missing.... any help greatly appreciated, or at least someone who has experienced the same so I know I am not going mad.

Hi, you could try changing the wireless channel on the router. This has worked for me in the past.0

Changed it from channel 12 to 13... no joy... then switched it channel 3 and BINGO !!!
I am now watching NOW...

Isn't this a fault due to the box being based on the US made Roku boxes as there are only 11 channels available on US routers?0
