Well done to all
Finally got aip mon rang developer to reserve house and the original buyers have come back as they put reservation fee down they had to honor it gutted we missed out by an hour. So back to looking again

I honestly don't know when we are exchanging. I think it might be on the completion day (next Monday). I've signed and returned docs to the solicitors and they've said its all going through nicely. I've just got everything crossed that nothing goes wrong between now and Monday.


Stassy - so the developers were going to let you reserve a house that someone else had already reserved?? Sounds like bad business to me!

Full application submitted 18 Feb. Final paperwork submitted 2 weeks ago. Still nothing!!!!!!!!! Last week they said due to system error our application will have to manually re-inputted into the system. If they reject us now I want the fees back!
