Aims for August

Hi guys

was just wondering if anyone wanted to share their intentions for August?

I listed this threa for July and some of the people said it was helpful cos when it's written down, it makes you more focused to follow it through (or something like that)

Anyway my aims for August are:

Pay Barclaycard (done already)
Start a monthly essentials account (£100)
Pay £400 to Next
Make sure i have something in the house to use in my packed lunch to avoid spending cash
Aim to have a NSD mon - fri (excluding baby milk and nappies)
Not be embarraced at the hairdressers when i tell them not to bother blowdrying and straightening my hair, thus saving me £22 :T
Do a car boot next week

Can't think of anything else at the mo but i'm sure it will come to me

Anyone else want to join in?

I'm looking to clear as much of my £350 Electricity bill as possible this month, reason being, they've got me on a repayment of 40% of any top up I make.

    Her it goes.
Debt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:
This time I'm on top of it! We live and learn :coffee:
  • Hi folks, this is a new challenge for me. I seriously hope not to draw any money out of my current account. I have £110.00 in my purse, and I will get my family allowance 4weeks standing at present~£32.20 a week), but I want to be really tight this month and only use cash available.
