Sorry to hear about laptop - tip we were given when DS shared his coffee with his, was to put it in a box with dry rice and pop in airing cupboard for 24-48 hours. It worked!

Speedy work on the new car and how quick time seems to have flown by with Baby SJ due soon. I'll go for 12th Jan, 8lb 3oz :)
    Back on the DFW Wagon:

    CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
    CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
    Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/18
  • Ok great advice and laptop is now in the airing cupboard. I've retrieved my spreadsheet from an email which was 1 month behind. So trawled my diary for the OP amounts. Quick download of an app for the ipad, few amendments and I'm off and running again! Note to self, when laptop sorted, keep file in Google docs and short cut to desktop!

Mrs SJ overjoyed with the car and feels as if we're now prepped for baby 3 and all the joys it brings. As for predictions I'm saying Dec 28th, 6lb, 4oz

Sorry you have insider knowledge and some influence (curry, encouragement to scrub the floor, 'exercise' ;) etc.) so don't think we can allow you to take part unless we at least get weights for previous 2 :D.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • 50p TT'd this morning taking the pot upto £11.79. Not outgoings till 27th and we have no need to spend so I'm optimistic this TT pot can climb to about £18 by the end of the month. Still on track for a £500 OP total for December which will drop us into the £125k's for a fantastic belated Christmas present. Not bad considering we remortgaged for £136k in March.

No plans today other finishing off DS2's quad bike build - it got too dark in the garage to put the stickers on last night, if I have any intention of getting them straight. A good dog walk is planned and collect laptop at some stage (fortunately works IT company is a 2min drive from our house and we have to pass it to go anywhere).

Babs 3 is holding on, though giving Mrs SJ some grief with her kicking!

  • 65p TT'd this morning, and TT pot is climbing nicely.

Made a few spreadsheet adjustments last night to take Into account savings for babs. All quiet moneywise otherwise.

I have about £60 tracked on quidco which will be a nice addition hopefully in January.
