So far, but with some of the day to go:
    • [STRIKE]DS2's nursery teachers coming to visit
    • Nip to opticians to pick up repaired pair of glasses for DS1[/STRIKE], and you guessed it leave his spare pair with them to fix! - typically couldn't find them!
    • [STRIKE]Buy some PE bottoms for DS1 (forgot last time)
    • Pick up rest of uniform from embroiders[/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • Change council tax DD[/STRIKE]
      [STRIKE]
    • Ring FD to amend standard mortgage OP by £30[/STRIKE]
    • Ring pension provider - Typically they'd shut 5mins before i tried. All stuff prepped for tomorrow.
    • [STRIKE]Dog walk x 2 (big and small ones)
    • Out on bikes/scooters/go karts - weather dependent
    • Visit grandma who's just out of hospital
    • Try and get washing dried in between rain![/STRIKE]
    • Tidy kitchen as its been a dumping ground whilst we've cleared another room out. - couldn't face it.
    • Drink copious amounts of tea...! - epic fail!

May have a go at the kitchen and will definitely aim to drink more tea!

  • Disappointed in you for your poor tea consumption. Whereas I have drank so much I have a headache!

Just delurking to say re colour of bricks - yellow surely - as in yellow brick road that leads to the land of mortgage free Oz. Only thing now is to decide who's Dorothy or the cowardly Lion????????? Can I volunteer to be Toto (he just went loyally along for the ride!)??

My finance news - filled in a 10 page form from the bank today - am trying to reclaim charges (using MSE advice) as i am sure I was mis-sold!
    Wish me luck! Tc all

  • Funnily enough Lyn Mrs SJ posted a PPI letter yesterday also. She was dreadful with money until we met and I confiscated her cards...!! So she's fully expecting to have paid without knowing on loans she had in her rebel years!

As for colours of bricks Iike your thinking!!

54p TT'd this morning and that's all I have to report!!!

Oh Santander annoyed me actually. I emailed to say I was struggling to amend a direct debit online etc etc... Explaining what I'd done. Their reply was to try exactly what I'd done and explained! Poor reading skills. It was all I could do to be polite and not refer to their inept reading skills!! I eagerly await their 2nd response

Oh S&ntander, that's not helpful is it!

  • Had a shockingly busy few days, but that always happens after bank holiday. Punishment for 1 day off is to cram all that work into 1 less day!

So i've been on very little, and this is just a lightening quick update to say i TT'd a measly 1p this morning! Now that's dedication for you...
