Brilliant figures.
Is the net reduction for this month's OP? If so, that's seriously made me realise OPs are worth it.
2018 totals:
Savings £11,200
Mortgage Overpayments £5,5000 -
Net reduction is our total payments for the month minus the interest which as £199!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0

Living room plans have moved on this week. New couch has been ordered, carpet has been ordered (they come out to measure today), electrician is nipping this afternoon to put a new socket in the living room for our rearranged corner, paint has been picked. So just waiting on the builder to do his bit (another 2 weeks), then it's really systems go. We sold our tv stand for £10 on eBay so that leaves our garage today as well.
Definitely looking at car insurance(s) today as should have a quiet day in work!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
