I'm not allowed to give blood anymore because I fainted in Costa after the last time I did it. Didn't go back for about a year due to having depression etc, to be told I was off the list for ever!! Absolutely gutted and I did actually cry.0

I'm not allowed to either thanks to getting a blood transfusion in the US once. Very sad to not do it anymore as it was quite easy and a morale boost.0

Hiya
My son was burgled a couple of years ago - they took a broom that was outside in the yard and bashed in the bottom of the old fashioned double glazed door. They took a DS game consul that was lying about and an old notebook (a small laptop). They were in the process of unplugging expensive computer and TV when my sons dog must have disturbed them - son arrived home to find the broom up the back garden with doggie teeth marks in!! evidently they had been fighting him off! He was probably asleep upstairs when they broke in! There was ripped clothing on the fence which they obviously could not wait to get over!! :rotfl:
My son was more worried about the dog!
But we planted a nice prickly bush to grow up the back fence! And he got a camra that films any activity near the back door and sends a photo to his phone + he now blocks the internal door by jamming a mic stand under the handle - for security??? No - so that the dog doesnt get hurt!! :rotfl:
Nite all

The last week hasn't been so frugal as Mrs SJ and baby SJ have become a bit more mobile! Still well within budget I have to add though. I've kept up with daily TT's and we're at £2.25 for the week so far. Yorkshire bank account is fully opened and switch with coop closure should happen on Monday.
Yearly targets to be finalised today/tomorrow and I'll post as soon as decided.MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
