I don't understand how the ISP remuneration system works abroad, but I do understand that in this country ISPs don't get any revenue from 01 or 02 numbers but they do earn revenue from 0845 or similar numbers. Maybe someone else can explain how any foreign ISP can afford to offer this type of access.
Or maybe it's because the foreign number IS an 0845 type number, with revenue sharing, but 1899 don't charge differentially.0 -
