Our flight was delayed from Southend to Barcelona in February and I was unsure if I had a claim for flight delay. Did some research using information on this site and made claim. Easyjet acknowledged my claim within 24 hrs., agreed I had a claim and has paid out the sum of 250 euros back to my debit card within the week. Only thing is bank claimed foreign money exchange! so be warned. Very pleased with Easyjets handling of claim. Well done.:T
