BT Infinity Cashback

Hi
i recently signed up for the BT infinity package following a post on MSE (Infinity fibre broadband plus TV plus line rental £29.50/month then Sainsburys gift card (£100). I'm certain there was cashback too but I can't find the details - it was from a post I saw on MSE on 11th Feb... does anybody remember who I get the cashback from / when / how much it was?

I've just contacted BT about this £30 cashback cheque and they've told me no such offer exists. Even though it clearly states so on the MSE email on 11/02/15.

Any ideas MSE or BT?

Not as of yet, I was just wondering if anyone else had found anything out before I go diving in head first.

We’ve had a number of users get in touch to advise they have not received the £30.00 cashback that was offered as part of this BT Fibre Broadband, Line Rental & TV deal, featured in our weekly email dated 11 February: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips/11-02-2015/.

There’s been some confusion over when the cashback will be received. To clarify, as per the original write-up, this should happen within 30 days of installation, not of the order date.

We‘ve been in touch with BT who have let us know that if you have any further queries surrounding this issue, please email them directly on affiliates@bt.com for further information.
