    That's the issue, you've had it in the past and removed the facility, doing this has had a detrimental affect on your internal score card with the bank.

    There is no appeal process, more a complaints process. If the bank decide to provide an overdraft facility and then you repeat history by removing it you'll find it nigh on impossible to get another one; best practice is to reduce not remove.

    The last time I tried to cancel my unused overdraft with Lloyds they warned me if this prior in the end I just kept it.
