He is "flummoxed" why you are "disgusted".
Pretty clear to me that he disagrees except that it had to be "you are" or "you're", not "your".
I am asking for advice about why I have been declined when I have had it in the past not an English lesson
I have had it in the past never thought I would have been declined so that is the reason I want it back. But thanks to all the useful posts0 -

That's the issue, you've had it in the past and removed the facility, doing this has had a detrimental affect on your internal score card with the bank.
There is no appeal process, more a complaints process. If the bank decide to provide an overdraft facility and then you repeat history by removing it you'll find it nigh on impossible to get another one; best practice is to reduce not remove.0 -

The last time I tried to cancel my unused overdraft with Lloyds they warned me if this prior in the end I just kept it.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
