OP - simply remove the IMG tags from around http://www.couchwarrior.co.uk/ukcps.jpg and leave that link.

I'm using Chrome browser on my laptop and the image means I only see a third of the forum width (on a 1366 x 768 monitor). Even on a full HD monitor (1920 x 1080) I only see half the forum width!

The whole thread is massive on this PC - hard to read.

The Managing Agents should be exercising their right to cancel PCNs, surely they weren't stupid enough to sign a contract that doesn't allow them to have that scope? More fool them for letting the fox into the hen house, but no doubt they can give a month's notice and get shot?

Any appeal to a parking company should start with the words
SERVED NOTICE OF APPEAL TO PARKING CHARGE NOTICE NUMBER XXXXXXXX
SERVED ON DATE XXXXXX
CERTIFIED POSTAGE RECORD NUMBER XXXXXXXXXXX.

Then waffle away.
