Unless you have another clock to tell you when this is, a stopped clocked remains completely useless.
Agreed. My clock hadn't stopped. Bar a freak global black swam event that will effect everything, no house price crash in London until at least 2019. That's my call.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -

They will slowly correct over time, correct upwards, they're too cheap as it is given the rising UK economy, population and lack of building. However the buffalo instinct will kick in as the economy stares down the barrel of the next recession. We are not there yet though. Lots to play for.
I expect 7% upwards 'correction' over the next four years on average.
Thrug you have been predicting a slow downturn like a depressed cat on downers for years, been wrong every turn, ever considered you might be wrong for a number of years yet ?Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -

I think deep down you must realise that you are the one that is in the wrong here, you must be very unhappy to come on here this morning and behave in the way that you have done so. The worst part is that you don't even appear to realise that you are doing it. So I'm not angry at you, I actually feel very sorry for you, I wouldn't wish your situation on my worst enemy. My brother in law is sectioned, I see a lot of your characteristics in him, and I know from my experiences with him, that it isn't a good place to be in life.
Why don`t you pop in on some of your FRIENDS and maybe do some of your HOBBIES before rushing back to respond to him once again? :rotfl:0 -

What on Earth are you rambling on about? Is that the best put down that you can come up with? Pathetic on two counts, firstly that you feel the need to do it in the first place (have you nothing better to do at 12.43 am :rotfl:), and secondly on quality, but I suppose you have to work within your obvious limitations.
I see that you emphasised FRIENDS and HOBBIES with capitals, I can guess why, my guess is that someone like you, that operates out of normal society, probably hasn't got many (or even any) friends or hobbies, and both are a strange concept to you. As a matter of a fact I was indulging in my hobbies yesterday, in between periods of working, walking my dog in the morning, swimming in the afternoon and playing a chess match in the evening at my chess club.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Crashy could have been in a different time zone?

It's possible but I don't think the night bus from Edinburgh to Musselburgh crosses any time zones.0
