Someone's clearly heard that repetition can be a powerful technique, but hasn't quite worked out how to harness it, even though they try, and try, and try...Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. Blackwhite bellyfeel double plus good...0 -
It's time for crash soon, maybe in four years and it will be pretty big. All I've been saying is not yet.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0

Of course you have. They don't want a debate, they want an echo chamber. My opinion of the probability of a house price crash in the future is one bordering on near certainty
There have been people asserting precisely that on the internet since 1996. There used to be a newsgroup called uk.finance (you can still find all the old posts on Google Groups) where there were people claiming - in 1996! - that the market was about to crash 90%.
If you have been utterly 180 degrees wrong for 19 years about the most important financial decision of your life; and if people you despise made different choices to yours, choices you considered stupid yet who are hundreds of thousands better off than you; and if you an angry person; wouldn't you now be very angry? HPCers are. You'd need a heart of stone not to laugh.About 30/40% of my messages on HPC have basically been about what could keep the plates spinning, what could hold up the inevitability of a property crash, and with the right incentive and if someone was determined enough it could be a while, a long while.
They don't want to hear it. They do not. For 6 years their mantra has been "Fools - don't they realise interest rates will go up? They can't get lower than this." In fact mortgage rates have come down and base rates could go negative. La, la, la. Fingers in ears.
HPC is a dreadful, dreadful warning never to listen to nutters in an internet echo chamber who have completely stuffed up their lives and hate you if you have not.0 -

It's been okay lately.
Lots of nutters seem to have left ...Foxy, iandury, homelessskilledworker...all gone.
Foxy went into chicken farming, iandury got remarried and homelessskilledworker set up a firm doing the odd job for OAP's. Or something like that.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

I understood something different.
Foxy started a bingo website and became a multi millionaire. The adverts irritate me no end. He's bought 10 London mansions, keeping them empty, just for the capital gains.
Iandury started a rock band [Ian Dury and the Blockheads] and became a millionaire. He has invested all that into a Columbian cannabis farm and has also bought half of Kensington.
homelessskilledworker did indeed start doing odd jobs for OAP's but conned all of them into signing over their houses to him in payment. He is now the largest BTL [or more correctly fleece to rent] landlord in Chelmsford, where he hopes to be elected as a UKIP candidate at the next election.0
