Information Commissioners Office - how to cause PPCs some pain

How much does a retrospective commercial planning application cost? I contacted my local council planning department about ANPR camera installations at two local carparks. They tried to fob me off at first but I persisted and after site inspection they demanded an application from both of the PPCs.
You would be far better off starting a new thread, rather than post a question on a thread that has no relevance to your question.....Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0 -
A planning-specific thread would be good. Because I've been searching the local council website and it looks to me that at least two different PPCs have installed cameras, display boards and new signs at several sites in my area with no permission whatsoever.0

So, after a little spat with IAS and Sussex Security Solutions I made an enquiry to the ICO. The nice person there rang me today and we've had a conversation about the use of the ICO logo. It's a copyrighted logo and the ICO have allowed a very small handful of organisations to use it - an even smaller number of those organisations are private profit seeking companies.
So later on I will be reporting Sussex Security Solutions and Parking Enforcement to the ICO for breaking copyright.
I enjoyed getting Nominet involved when PPCs broke Nominet contracts so I need a new hobby
I also have direct contact details of someone in the ICO that can help. I won't post them here obviously but should you want them then PM me. Please note I will only hand these details out to regulars or recognised campaigners. I reserve the right to say no I'm afraid.
@ HotBring - can you pm me the direct contact details please or email directly to the company - we have a few ICO issues with PPCs :0)
Thanks -0 -
