Easyjet Compensation success

After a 7 hour delay in July 2013, I first sought compensation in August 2013 and was refused as the delay was caused by 'technical issues'. I tried again in November 2014 under EC Regulation 261/2004 and in February 2015 I was awarded €800 compensation for myself and my partner! Massive thanks to Money Saving Expert for the templates and advice, couldn't have done it without you!
