I called that number on my mobile only last week and got through to a real person.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Call the number on the back of the credit card, enter your number when requested etc.
When it then gives you 4 choices don't press anything, wait a bit it then says those 4 choices again or "0 to speak to a customer service"0 -

The correct number is 0845 300 4278
Go to opt '2' first of all (press 2 - general inquiries), go through security (enter card number and security code that you used when opening the account) then press '0' to speak to a representative. Good luck!0
