to the OP, Did you ask the Travel Agent to add top up baggage allowance?
If not , then your issue is with them and not Thomson as they were acting on the Travel Agents instruction it's quite possible that the TA added this without your knowledge to increase their sales targets ( I was in retail travel management myself for many years , It does happen ).
If you are sure that you didn't ask for the top up , Speak with the Branch Manager.

Omg im in the exact same situation! Was just about to post!
I booked thomson private transfers - £159 in majorca and then found a cheaper alternative so tried to take it off. Low and behold i notice an admin fee of £150 on the price breakdown! So i dont confirm. We phoned thomson and like you saying its none refundable! We have months before our holiday and im disgusted they allow you to select and delect extras without telling you consequences! I can understand major changes like seats / names / dates etc but cases and taxis omg thats shocking!!!! I cannot see anything either re these specific items! And im shocked they want £50 per person for this!!!!
My husband ask them to email us a link pointing to the exact spot it states transfers are non refundable etc and they said they would now they havent!

Im now in the embarressing situation of contacting the other company and telling them to cancel i only booked with them cos they were cheaper and that i could see it was possible to remove the transfer on my booking!
