i think im just going to do a 'Return to sender' on everything from now on, maybe accompanied by a sarky comment related to competence and record keeping.

I came to find out my options, there seem to be very little, i will contact the council one last time and 'return to sender' anything that comes after that. I do appreciate the bothering by those who did.0
