OneBanking seem to call themselves cardonebanking these days, and I couldn't find any specific mention of a dual card. However, Prepaid365 did review them six years ago, saying "there is a monthly account fee of £12.50 for a single card account or £17.50 for a dual card account," which is still correct, in the FAQ here (£12.50 for one person, plus £5 per month for a second person.)
