I think Coop energy is on the brink of a complete managerial meltdown and will shortly be featuring in national media.

It's some achievement to make Scottish Power and nPower seem good in comparison!

I am able to see a history of previous payments and a bill now. But the actual tariff I'm on is not mentioned anywhere. Luckily I found an old file I'd saved with the tariff and the rate per kWh so am able to use that to decide whether to switch.
  • Update from me on this thread.
After watching the show on ITV last night I thought I'd check my Coop account. Simple things like my current bill, usage, tariff, etc. No chance - I get this : "Unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later or contact the administrator."

As soon as I can I am leaving this supplier. I like to keep a track of my usage, etc but since day one their web-site has been terrible. I could forgive the teething problems when they brought on board their new system but this has been going on for months and months. Oh and the so-called discounts you receive for being a member are also messed up because they haven't been keeping a record of my payments...

Can't you just read your meter regularly?

The rest of the poor management by the Co-op you can't change but you can keep track of your usage yourself.

I must be one of the lucky ones ;) I have no problems submitting readings did it on Sunday but I always monitor my usage weekly making sure I am not using too much. Thankfully I am well in credit but Winter will take its toll when I get December and March's bill
