Looking to take out this contract but have heard bad things about mobileshop.com

The bad reviews seem to relate to late/non payment of cashback, but is there anything else to be aware of? This deal doesn't involve cashback so should be fine?

Without cashback the only concern is your rights under SoGA against the supplier of the phone.
