Thanks to all for the tips re: sleeping problems. I will definitely be giving them a go, well most of them, lol.
Wish me luck. I am going to try and get some shut eye now.0 -

Does not work for me but may for you, last thing you want is 3 1/2 dats withoput sleep, can cause hallucinations and believe me they are far more real than you can ever believe. I sometimes think of a book I read andf put myself in one of the characters, it can eventually lead to sleep.
It is not embarrassing to seek help from your GP, I have been referred to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and it seems to help and I am seeing things clearer.
Remember mental health isn't to be ashamed of, is a diabetic ashamed of their genetic inheritance?
Sorry for rant, but I have mild depression compared to some of my friends who have complicated illness, I am fine. Peeps tend to shun those with mental health though they are now accepting physical health, they can hinder you as bad as each other.
Rant over, will delete if requested if off topic
Don't you dare (and for the record, this post was about as far from a rant as you can get)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

If the latter, then glitch sounds good!
Garnier Ultimate Blends Conditioner - The Silky Smoother (400ml)
is this the one you are talking about?
its showing for me on msm at £3.89 asda and 2 for £4 at sainsburys
so should work fine?0 -

EX NETTO SADA today had loads of big boxes of chocolates on clearance. Products included Thorntons, Lindt, Lily and a few others. Prices were about £3 for quite a large box. Would make perfect presents unless they are cheaper elsewhere.
Also saw loads of sun tan lotion and creams on clearance, along with YANKEE CANDLES and BEAUTICOLOGY gift sets.
I've not had much chance to catch up on here as totes busy these days. How are all my lovely ladies getting on? TWEETS? BUBBS? QOC? FC? CA? NANA? Hope you are all keeping well and making the most of these glitches and various other offers.
PS. I used my Pizza Express Tesco flash sale vouchers today and they even allowed me to use them on a take away (I know the terms and conditions say no, but I tried my luck and hurrah. 2 pizzas for take away, you can't go wrong!).
Also, can I just ask if anyone has any tips for sleeping problems? I'm struggling to get to sleep until about 2am and then I wake up every half an hour before finally waking up at 7am. I've tried Nytol and it made no difference. Lavender sprays don't work either. I've tried doing monster workouts at the gym during the day and that doesn't tired me out. Please can someone suggest some ideas? Many thanks.0 -
