Some of the dreamworld levels are not well thought out. Trying to keep owl balanced when a conveyor belt is going on is impossible sometimes.

PS. I used my Pizza Express Tesco flash sale vouchers today and they even allowed me to use them on a take away (I know the terms and conditions say no, but I tried my luck and hurrah. 2 pizzas for take away, you can't go wrong!).

Also, can I just ask if anyone has any tips for sleeping problems? I'm struggling to get to sleep until about 2am and then I wake up every half an hour before finally waking up at 7am. I've tried Nytol and it made no difference. Lavender sprays don't work either. I've tried doing monster workouts at the gym during the day and that doesn't tired me out. Please can someone suggest some ideas? Many thanks.

Avoid stimulants like caffeine and alcohol from afternnon onwards and also I am sue someone has also advised, no bright light for a couple of hpurs and maybe a 30 minute walk just looking at wildlife etc to calm you. Does not work for me but may for you, last thing you want is 3 1/2 dats withoput sleep, can cause hallucinations and believe me they are far more real than you can ever believe. I sometimes think of a book I read andf put myself in one of the characters, it can eventually lead to sleep.
It is not embarrassing to seek help from your GP, I have been referred to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and it seems to help and I am seeing things clearer.
Remember mental health isn't to be ashamed of, is a diabetic ashamed of their genetic inheritance?

Sorry for rant, but I have mild depression compared to some of my friends who have complicated illness, I am fine. Peeps tend to shun those with mental health though they are now accepting physical health, they can hinder you as bad as each other.

As the best offer elsewhere is 2for, the only hope of a decent return is if you can buy 2 on offer in asda, but that msm sees them at full price not on offer. It's not much use having a single item show at full price if you need 2 to compare well.

Nice try though, should they go half price or similar elsewhere then that's when the triggers will come in useful.:beer:
