    Are they? I calculated it as:

    375gx3 = 1125g for £3 = £2.67p/kg.

    500gx3 = 1500g for £2.36 (£5-£2.64 (£8.04-£6.00-£0.60)) = £1.57p/kg

    Am I calculating correctly? Paying £5, APG thinks you paid £8.04 as £2.68 each, returns £2.04 plus 10% of £6 so £2.64 return on a £5 spend?

    Editing just to add, it was probably much better overall when the 375g were a hidden trigger in the 3 for £3.

    Many thanks

    Hi Anon, re the cncf I hadn't taken the three for £5 into consideration as not showing for me , will have a look I store and hope it works like you thought, thanks:)

    Thanks to all for the tips re: sleeping problems. I will definitely be giving them a go, well most of them, lol.

    Wish me luck. I am going to try and get some shut eye now.

    Try not eating after 9pm. Your body still has to process those calories somehow ;)

    than u for this, I didn't get any as I wasn't sure of sin values, having just started sw :o hope it still works tomorrow x

    The microwave rices have syns as they have a little oil added to them to keep the grains separate, still, quite low syn for a quick meal :D
    I think one would be quite useful for shipping stuff to and from the allotments do we don't have to use the car all the time. A pram was a consideration at one point :rotfl::rotfl:
