How lovely to hear that Emm...I love nothing better than writing a letter to my Grandson at Uni and he loves receiving them and says his friends are quite envious of him getting letters from his dear Nan:AI feel this is such a shame that it is not used more often as a means of communication instead of texts and email ...but that is just the way Nannylala feels ..old school

My pap and uncle lived once house away and they used to come up to use phone

This is so true Nanny. I still have all the letters my parents & my sister wrote to me at uni, even have some PD wrote She was working in America. I love reading them back every few years. Wonderful memories.
