Had raised a grievance in work after I resigned about how I was treated by my line manager and the owner who knows all about HR took the meeting himself, leaving me no route of appeal :eek: He also expected me to lead the meeting, as I would have done when working He will make me an offer although I have just made up stories about what was said to me about taking away my duties
