Oh I meant to go there on the way home Forgot but a good reason. I had a work meeting

Had raised a grievance in work after I resigned about how I was treated by my line manager and the owner who knows all about HR took the meeting himself, leaving me no route of appeal  He also expected me to lead the meeting, as I would have done when working He will make me an offer although I have just made up stories about what was said to me about taking away my duties

Do you have legal protection with your household insurance? Sounds like you might have a case for constructive dismissal, of course if they offer you enough it will be a moot point, but can almost guarantee the first offer will be derisory. I wish I had had legal insurance when I left my last job, that was definitely constructive dismissal!
