I will if it gets any worse. I'm not wheezing or rattling and I don't really want another course of meds straight on top as I have had to take more than my fair share of antibiotics long term in the past. I think that's why I picked up something again so quick after this course.

But it's not hindering me getting on I have been sorting stuff in preparation for the new bathroom. :j

Might be worth taking some of those good bactera yog drinks after antibiotics as they tend to get rid of all the bacteria, good and bad.my mum takes those asidopfolis(sorry cant spell it properly) from hol and bar.bit expensive but she swears by them, millions of good bacteria for your guts.she gave me some and they are really good.she was a nurse and she sed that each course of anti-bs should 3 months apart to let your system rest so take care of yourself and get some multi vits.:A

Yes I found a frijj bottle on a very tiny crumpled receipt :j:j

So OH uploaded it on his COS and of the 4 receipts he has pending this last one despite being crumpled has already been accepted - still waiting for Fridays kettle rec.

I am going to have another look at my wombles now incase I missed any other volvics or fridjj :)

    I've had a brilliant day today:T

3 big lemons for 49p in Lidl. Plus another box of free chocs:T

Profitable wombles and receipts for COS

Bags of Almonds reduced to £1 in A and couscous down to 13p:T

A Sunday Mail lying in a trolley:T that's 175 points in total this weekend. Enough for a coffee and croissant in marksies.

Didn't get to M&S as the whoopsies in T were far too tempting. Dozens and dozens of packs of lamb mince and fresh salmon in the 3 for £10 offer. The freezer is now officially full to bursting......again:)

    Absolutely blessed I am:)
