Have you been back to the docs?
No I haven't, I would feel stupid going back. I really feel I caught something new after finishing the meds and have started back at the beginning with the annoying tickle, nothing I would get antibiotics for I know. Hoping the better weather will blow it away.
But my runny nose and streaming eyes have cleared up was just a 24/36 ish hour thing thankfully.0 -

For one I don't have a treadmill, and the other point is I was looking in the loft yesterday and the steps and me parted company and I ended up flat on my back on the landing, massive bruise on my arm, even bigger one in my bum and another where my thigh hit the newel post :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It was bad enough going for a walk today
May well hurt worse tomorrow, sorry.i use arnica gel on bruises as there are no side effects and seems to bring out the bruise marks quicker so they fade quicker.or try ibrugel cos that soothes thepain at the site rrom outside and you can still take some orally as well.you were very lucky not to break anything although you probably wont think so.hope you have a quick recovery.:APeople bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with
