Lovely to see so many from here joining in.

Hoping for a numeric one soon so I can join in :(

Well done Tweets on getting that 1 1/2 lbs straight back off, and isn't SFSB doing well too :T I have been stuck for several weeks now, losing a half, gaining a pound, losing a half, etc but changed things around loads last week and lost 2 lbs so I am hopefully back on the losing track now

    .
I hope you feel better soon.

There is talk of doing a half round soon, which could either be numeric or one where you can choose any letter from your user name.

Good luck, I had a frozen shoulder end of last month the gave me a General anaesthetic and pull it around, since then I've done physio twice weekly and got sheets of exercises, and I feel so much better, I hope yours is a success too.

    It makes such a difference

    Thanks very much.

This is my second frozen shoulder. The first was in my dominant right arm just over 2 years ago. This time it is the left arm. I didn't know it was possible to get it in both arms.

I was told by the orthopedic surgeon to rest my shoulder for a week to give the injection a chance to work then to start physio. I have my first physio session booked for next Thursday.

Checkoutsmart payout confirmations are starting to trickle through for Kettle Chips :j :j :j

ETA: It's the waitrose ones, so that confirms that the 2 for 1 deal doesn't affect the £2.19 payout for your free bag.

    Good evening all

Haven't had time to read back yet so just a quickie before I dive in. T's have loads of reduced flowers - left over from mothers day - some real bargains.
Also picked up two lovely champagne gift boxes in pink. Very posh for 50p each. They are a hexagonal shape and quite large. I love packaging pressies nicely so these are great for me (not that I will be putting champagne in them!!!)
