little dish meals on SZ - They are on offer in W, 3 for £5.50. You can then claim £3.25 back on SZ. Worth having 3 meals for £2.25

Also, the Allinson bread is £1 in W with 50p c/b
Tortilla chips are also £1 with c/b

Thank you. It went well but now the anesthetic is wearing off, so in addition to the usual excruciating pain from the frozen shoulder I have a burning sensation in my shoulder too from the steroid fluid. Was told it will take about 2 days for the injection to reduce the pain.
