    Morning all.

Me, DH and BIL all like udis and none of us are gluten intolerant. We happily eat them for breakfast and find them far better than pop tarts, which are way too sweet. I got pop tarts once as subs and knew they wouldn't get eaten so donated them. Seemed to me to be a better option than throwing them away. Just because I don't like them doesn't mean that no one else will either.

Good morning, slept in and now doing the usual shouting the time every 5-10 mins in the hope that it might hurry DS up but failing miserably :rotfl:
His school have changed from a lunch litter detention if late to two late mornings a week and it's afternoon detention, an additional detention for each additional day late. Although if they take the bus and it's stuck in the same traffic as me and is late DS gets detention but the other kids don't. Not very fair IMHO.

Free morning for me so will be back later.

This is what happens school days in my house too.

I keep stressing to my DS that punctuality is an important skill to learn as he will need it when he starts working, so best he learns it now ...... seems to go in one ear and out the other :p

Just catching up. Used to work in a Salmonella path lab covering Scotland. Back in the early 80-s there was about a death a day in the UK from Salmonella in eggs. A politician called Edwina Currie publicised this and quickly learned why you don't do that.

It's now less than two a week, which is a bit of an advance.

I only eat eggs if they've been cremated in the heart if the sun and look like the contents of an ashtray.:D

I was a very impressionable 11 year old when she did that. I wouldn't eat eggs from that point onwards. A very "helpful" ex decided it was all in my head and talked me into eating an omelette. And then *it* happened. I swear I have never been so ill in all my life. I was practically camped out in the bathroom for the best part of a week.

I know how ridiculous it sounds. Especially now I'm getting chickens :rotfl: I have to man up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
