I've not had any problems with eVouchers disappearing, I have noticed that sometimes low value vouchers seem to get consolidated when more arrive - Less than say 10p difference to what I expected though.

I did notice that the vouchers are (or were) being displayed incorrectly, £10 voucher showed '£10 £10' 10p showed as '£10 10p'.

Here's what I had....


I don't know how cookies are used on A's website, try looking at evouchers in-private or incognito as they will be fresh with no cookie information.

If that doesn't work, give them a ring, perhaps they have cross-referenced your account incorrectly with someone else in the same household or previous tenant/owner, or even someone using your address for their own account. (not something I have heard happen - pure speculation btw)

I would expect the multi to appear at the same time as T's reduced prices during the early morning (6am-ish) update.

Unless multi is missing from msm at 6am then should be fine.

Interesting. When you add the £20 one to a shop does is show as £20 or as 20p off your shop?

If the easter eggs are showing a tesco price of £1.50 on msm wont that be the price on the apg ?

The £1.50 wasn't picked up from my shop at 1.15 also the multisave didn't show either on my apg so 3 eggs came up as having paid £15 and compared to t at £10:)
