    Hi

I don't think it is that no-one wants to help you, but more that this is the first time someone has posted that they are having this particular problem.

I've not had this happen to me, so cannot help you. Sorry.

Hope you get to the bottom of this mystery.

I wasn't worried about being ignored, I did post early on Saturday morning at the start of a new thread so my question might have been missed. I wouldn't be too bothered but £30 is a lot and I don't know how many others I might have lost in the past. I've suspected some were disappearing so decided to keep a track and lo and behold £30 have just vanished in the last 24 hours.

I would complain if they were valid APGs for goods you paid for and kept and that registered on the APG at the price you actually paid

Genuine shops but I'd built up a stash of eVouchers because lots of orders contained UDIs. I don't really want to complain as I've done well out of it but it looks like this computer glitch is in their favour.

Oh sorry I can't help....however I have noticed that a couple of times the dates on my vouchers have changed without me touching them.

How much do you think you've lost in total?

Hi, I've noticed dates changing. I've definitely lost £30 this time but not sure how much altogether.
