did anyone enter the Cedar Court mothers day draw I posted up yesterday - I got the sorry you did not win email

But if you are in York anyway on Sunday this looks good - they used to have once a month tours and we went once, very interesting to see back stage.

    York Theatre Royal

    Open Day, Sunday 15 March

Before we close our doors for our major redevelopment, we’d like to give you the opportunity to explore our buildings in their current configuration.
The free Open Day will be a chance to find out about the work that will be done during 2015, a chance to meet our staff, go back stage, try on costumes, leave your memories in a time capsule and help us give parts of the building a good send off.
Activities to take part in during the day include:
    • Self-guided tours around the building
    • A children's treasure hunt
    • Open rehearsals and workshop sessions
    • The ever popular Friends of York Theatre Royal tombola
    • Talks on the history of the building
    • Chance to visit the De Grey Ballroom
    • Stalls, refreshments and other activities

    11am - 4pm
    FREE Entry

Open Day is free, however we will be making bucket collections during the day for people to make a donation to our redevelopment project. We hope to raise £300 in order to buy a seat in the new auditorium on behalf of all our visitors on Open Day, so please dig deep!

We look forward to welcoming you to the theatre on Sunday.

Yes I got the didn't win email aswell lol xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Oh, just got a price alert - are these supposed to inform you of good offers? - of an "offer" in T on the The Fabulous Bakin' Boys Chocolate Cupcakes (6) gone onto 2 for £2:eek: and £1.50 individual price!:eek: 33% OFF mySupermarket.

The last price I saw these on, on msm for T, was 75p the other week. So, no thank you very much:wall:..

Telling me when prices increase. Although that would be useful in some circumstances if done more widely and if it told me of the really nice high price increases (perhaps reflective of an mbuy or two disappearing from the system) that was on offer elsewhere.

How is everyone getting on with cleaning out their black glory holes and pits of despair - its very grim work?

I've just finished work and now heading back to a kitchen full of boxes and bags still to sort. I have left a pathway to the kettle and George Formby (aka George Forman grill :)) so can at least have coffee & bacon sarnie before I start with it again.

    Afternoon :)

Spent all bloody day looking for my library card, not how I wanted to spend my unexpected day off.

Free ebooks - non fiction, theorist's, photography etc anyone know a good website for downloading? TIA :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

:hello:What a difference a couple of days makes! There are some price changes in M today, not a great deal but not completely nothing. Maybe I ought to say that one minor change for me is, supposedly, a real load of change leaving me struggling and barely able to cope:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. However, as the "supposedly" indicates, it's not true! Little change - main one is the Cathedral City Mature 550g that has now gone up to £7.29:eek:.

I've found an ice cream pack on 50p in M. However, very likely store specific as not in the other, bigger store I visited. Wall's Ginger Bread Ice Cream Sandwiches I]sic[/I (4 per pack - 400ml). Just showing as "Unavailable in T" on msm - means it's on very good price elsewhere;).

Very busy day today and tonight, so even if there's any glitches on, I'm very likely not going to get time. I thought the 2L Cravendale milk was supposed to be changing, but, even if that's ever happened, and even if by some fluke it has lasted, I won't be bothering with it.

So, a basket that included the 550g Cathedral cheese on Monday - this basket now costs £4.29 more! _pale_Crikey, it's even more than what I thought! Was £3 on Monday, now more than doubled in price:eek:!

Lucky Complete Worker Chicken & Veg. dog food 15Kg has reappeared in one of the Ms. It's now at £7.99 (I think it was at £7 offer during its last appearance? - someone will be able to find it straight off, as you're able, at a minute's notice, to find any post I've ever made and immediately repost it after it's long been forgotten about).

And... Savers Shaving Foam:D, making an appearance in one of the bigger stores now, slowly rolling out it seems, but still I feel going to remain N/A.

That's it for now - busy day, so see you later!:)
