All the info you need would be covered here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5173888
Although Norway is not in the EU, the regulations do apply
What have the airline offered...you should certainly get "duty of care" meals, accommodation, telephone calls etc until they can get you back. It may be difficult to accommodate all passengers on other airlines as they will have their own bookings and are likely not to have the spare capacity to take everyone0 -
thanks for fast reply, we have not spoken to them yet.0

Norwegian are not known for their love of EU261, I believe lawyers in Sweden began class actions against them for their complete refusal to comply. However, this strike is serious, it is thought that if it lasts more than another week, the airline will run out of money so I would expect this time they well try and help you. Best of luck.0

update, they put us in a free hotel with free breakfast and dinner rearrnged our flights for today.
unfortunately are new flights have also been cancelled and now there are no flights for 48 hours. An airport assitance said if we make new booking with SAS than norwieagin airline will refund the cost of that ticket.
so fingerz crossed we should get back today and are additional fights should be refunded.0 -

I would certainly get that in writing
I would expect Norwegian would refund the cost of your unused flight with them but you may have a battle for another flight reimbursement - Have you tried asking Norwegian to book you on the SAS flight?
Do you have travel insurance that would reimburse the ticket if there are issues?0
