Who should I report this to?

I recently had my boiler serviced for the second time after it was installed in 2013.
During the service the heating engineer told me that one of the pipes from the boiler had been slotted through the tiles on my roof which has corroded the surrounding tiles. I had a lot of problems with the original heating engineer who installed the boiler and have reported him to Gas Safe for using the incorrect size of flues.
Does anyone know if I should report him for basically ruining our roof tiles. Gas Safe register aren't interested but surely he should be reported to some organisation - but who?

I suspect Gas Safe Register would only be interested in safety issues.


You could try the trading standards office - or small claims court.
