TESCO H&B COUPONS - Thread 3 *See First Post for UPDATES*

An older sales assistant advised me not to use my clubcard on all my h&b shops, just where necessary to get extra points or when mixed in with a big shop. She said it wasn't a good idea to get yourself noticed. Seemed good advice from someone in the know.0

I'm having a break too today.. its damp, dismal and grey here and I was really poorly last night, so really can't be bothered to get the slap put on just to go to Mr T's.. lol
I only had 1 SB go to waste [couldn't talk oh into going out to do some couponing for me yesterday] and last weeks total before BOGOFs is £148 more than I actually paid out, so I am happy and might do best to keep my head down for a day or 2..
The temptation is there though.. I know what I want to get on my next few H&B shops and it is hard to resist.
Funnily enough, I actally got some housework done yesterday during my enforced Tesco break.. its not as much fun as earningback some of Mr T's profits, is it?So your answer don’t be scared of failure

Hi there
Do any of you kind souls out there have any idea what I could use my H&B Healthcare vouchers on at the moment? I don't have kids, so won't be getting kids vitamins and we are trying for a baby so condoms are not required!!:D
I've got loads of the QK £2 off wys £8 or more on healthcare products
loads of the H&B £1 off wys £4 or more on any healthcare products
and Ive just nabbed 4 copies of the new kids booklets, giving me:
£1 off wys £4 or more on childrens vitamins
£1 off wys £4 or more on childrens medicines
Now I was thinking of getting my neice and nephew some vitamins, they are 13 & 15 but I dont see any vitamins for this age range (only much younger).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.0 -
This is the list from page 1. Not very good really:o You could just buy anything for £8 and only pay £4 using your £2 x 1 coupon and £1x2coupons and not pay anything. Or using the same coupons buy from the list and pay nothing if they are on BOGOF.
HEALTHCARE BOGOF
Tesco Cranberry 90's £4.39
Tesco Omega3 90's £3.90
Tesco Slow Release Vit C 90's £5.35
Tesco Hair Skin & Nails 30's £3.99
Bassetts chewy Omega3 kids £4.99
Haliborange Omega3 kids plus A,C,D & E £2.97
Haliborange Omega3 blackcurrant £2.48
Haliborange multivits liquid £3.99
Mates Ultra condoms 12's £7.10
HEALTHCARE OFFERS:
Savlon plasters 2 for £3 £1.99 each
Lypsyl 2 for £1 93p/£1.15 each
DextroEnergy tablets 3 for £1 47p eachI used to have a life............................... before MSE!!

I just bought some vitamins for my DD of 14. She is vegetarian/vegan and a fussy eater to boot so want to try and keep her healthy. I found Bassetes Soft & Chewy Multivitamins with minerals and prebiotic nutrients. They're marked as for adults and teens and a box of 30 is £3.25.
I bought 2 boxes plus 2 strawberry Lypsyl for her too. The Lypsyl is on offer @ 2 for £1, so total before offer was £8.80. Less offer = £7.50 and I used 1 x Quit Healthcare £2 and 2 x H&B £1 Healthcare so total to pay was £3.50.
This isn't exactly a free shop, but all items that were needed and I also used mocs so in the end I actually got £40.16 before BOGOFs and offers down to £4.01 to pay, so I sure ain't complaining. So your answer don’t be scared of failure

Thanks for that - I'll take a leaf out of your book and do that a few times. Stock up on them for my sisters kids. I suppose I could also do this in conjunction with the health and beauty and take advantage of the money off glitches at the moment thus giving me further profit to use against healthcare.
Does anyone know what the McAdam glitch is that a few people have spoken of as its not listed on the first page (just checked)?0 -

Not really a glitch as it takes £3.49 off instead of £3.47 but it is on bogof and it is also very nice on your hair
There is a glitch on the Nicky Clarke and also on the Elvive which is worth while doing.Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
I mentioned earlier in a different post that I wasn't impressed with the Nicky Clarke stuff as it didn't look very glamourous, I wish to renouce what I said earlier as I have just washed and conditioned my hair with their sleek and shiny version and it looks beautiful! :jStopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Its whats on the inside that counts! I got some of this the other day but not used any of it yet. I have quite a few bottles of the Elvive shampoo and conditioner also, so thats why I looked to the McAdam BUT cos the glitch ain't that good anyway, I'll stick to the others...as Delboy would say 'you know it makes sense Rodney'...0
