can we use £1 HB toiletry for NC? i thought shampoo conditioner are toiletries but posh designer's shampoo conditioner are beauty.

I don't think they work on NC.. they certainly don't work on JF stuff. Mine went through on some stuff I got for OH, but that needs returning tomorrow, so my lack of success won't matter so much now...

  • Managed to use some of the £2.50 professional haircare vouchers today. Bought the following

    2 Mccadam shampoo @ £6.94
    2 Mccadam conditioner @ £6.94
    1 Nicky Clarke shampoo @ £4.27
    1 Nicky Clarke conditioner @ £4.28

    Total before BOGOF £22.43
    Total after BOGOF £9.96

(BOGOF Glitch of £5.49 for Nicky Clarke and £3.49 for Mccadam)

    Used the following vouchers
    2x£2.50 HB
    2x£2.50 Professional haircare

Leaving a tiny £0.04 in credit - but if you've got QK vouchers left could use another 4 leaving larger credit.

    Hope this helps someone

Thought of a better deal than the above. Need to buy the following

    6xNicky clarke £4.28 = £25.68

    Total after BOGOF £9.21

    Therefore you can use

    2X£2.50 HB
    2X£2.50 SB
Leaving £0.79 credit and even more if you use your QK vouchers

And if you buy 8 products and use an extra HB and SB voucher (therefore 6 in total), you will be £2.80 in credit. The more you buy, the more you can save!! :D

No sign of the elusive mousse in my local store.. pretty sure it was reduced weeks ago and long since gone.

Not great success with tonights H&B shop either. Bought 2 Nicky Clarke items I use, plus 1 JF sachet, but was only allowed 1 £2.50 coupon, [so made them void the H&B one and use the SB one instead], 1 Quit and 1 H&B Toiletry :(

However can't complain as I was allowed the Filetti point coupon [gained from a kind PTSer] against a Tesco powder and had 2 fantastic shops already this week, saving nearly £60.

Was hoping to find my newly discovered, highly adoptable happy scanner, who had told me he worked Thursdays, but as hes a multi-skiller, he was obviously working elsewhere today.

Never mind, theres always tomorrow and I WILL try again.. hopefully with the SB coupons being sent out by another PTSer.. and hopefully with more success. :D

The Elvive mousse label in my store had NEW printed on it so not discontinued... I live in hope of finding them before the glitch is fixed.

I've had a bad time of different coupon policies too, having to leave shopping behind (including kids doughnuts, bless them) I'm now trying to work out a few good £10.00 combos so I can just stick to using £2.50 h&b, £1.25 qp & £1.00 h&b & any moc's I have. Any one with ideas for us 1 coupon users would be appreciated, I have looked on the shopping list thread & my brain seems dead after 4 weeks of kids to even do my own calculations....

I did a nice simple shop tonight to get my head used to the glitch. My Tesco only like one of each coupon as they are strict so this is what I bought:

    2 x Nicky Clarke BOGOF £4.27
    1 x JF sachet £1.49

    Total before BOGOF £10.03
Glitch of £5.49 so amount to pay £4.54

    1SB x £2.50
    1HB x £2.50
    1QK x £1.25

    3x 50pts

Credit towards other shopping £1.71 :T

Radox is possibly the best and easiest, buy 8 @£1.48 for £11.84, bogof takes off £7.96...leaving £3.92 to pay...use £2.50 HB and £1.25 quit and a £1 toiletry gives you 83p off other stuff............not much but all radox is free.

Buy any of the bogof Nicky Clark/McAdam for just over a tenner and you can use £2.50SB, £2.50HB and £1.25 Quit......

    eg...2 x Nicky Clarke BOGOF £4.27 and a JF sachet £1.49 Total before BOGOF £10.03 ?Total after glitch £4.50ish 1SB x £2.50 1HB x £2.50 1QK x £1.25= £1.70 ish towards other shopping

Did a pre holiday shop last night, no sign at all of that mousse in my Tesco  never mind, I decided not to push too far with my h&b's as I was spending over 40.00 in one shop - before bogof that is (no time to split them up + kids in tow) wish I had known you can mix and match the bogofs though, got Nclarke x 3 didn't know I could get 2 and a JF sachet

I picked a nice young male sa, he happily put through the ones I gave him 2 x 2.50 h&b 1 x 2.50 sb 2 x 1.25 qk and 2 x 1.00 h&b, I then said, oh I don't know if I have spent enough, could you try this and gave over another 2.50 h&b which he did no problem (I could have used more but I am happy with 14.50 off my shop)

Thanks for all the tips on this, off away today and it only looks like they have a Tesco Metro and Express nearish to where we are going (Weymouth) so might not get a chance to do any tescoing for over a week!!

  • I have some spare £2.50 So Beautifuls as there are too many for me to use in the next two days, I know we can't swap on here but would be such a shame to waste them..

Im getting confused with the Sb and HB, are the Sb the £2.50 off professional hairecare, and the Hb, £2.50 off any beauty and toiletry?
