I found the McAdam and it is £3.47 so its best to buy in lots of six

6 x £3.47 = £20.82 (or £10.41 after BOGOF)

amd use the following coupons
two SB £2.50 (only valid for another few days)
two H and B £2.50
four quit kits £1.25

Doubtfull wether the £1 toiletry coupons from the HB packs will work as these might be beauty instead of toiletry like the John Frieda.

So a possible £4.59 profit to use against other shopping.
