TESCO H&B COUPONS - Thread 3 *See First Post for UPDATES*

Has anyone used the DM coupon on selfscan tills?????
Hi I did this today - to get £3.50 off an £9 shop - the till flashed up a warning that i had exceeded a percentage of value of shop and had to get a member of staff to authorise the coupon. Oddly the staff member happily let me use it! Never had any problem before on self scan - not usually greedy, usually go for £1 or £2 off 10 with the MOCs.0 -

Also, there was a particularly suspicious and sour-faced woman working on the pharmacy who had her beady eye on me the whole time I was in the HB aisle, and she even came out from her counter a few times and stood right behind me, felt like she was trying to see what I was doing on my phone (I was of course using the calculator on it!). It's so offputting having someone scrutinising your every move
On my final shop, got to the till and the girl was lovely and smily friendly with me, all the way until I hand over my coupons. She put them all through, but isn't it funny how some of them change their mood towards you so drastically just cos you get a bit of money off! Would be a great topic for a dissertation for someone studying Psychology or something, imagine all that Tescoing you could do as your "research" :rotfl:

Manda...i've only read the last 5 pages but so far have seen people confess to having multiple accounts & also threatening to demand that their coupons are accepted!
We all know, coupon acceptance is NOT a right..........;)

Manda, just do what you feel happy with and don't worry about anyone else... let them get on with it. Life is just too short to fret over what other folk think of you all the time. xxSo your answer don’t be scared of failure

Couldn't agree more. I know what it's like to get into an argument over something you feel strongly about on a forum, and it's difficult to stop yourself reading it again and replying more, but it could quite easily go on forever no-one will ever manage to get everyone to agree with them, just don't go back on there, your sanity will thank you for itand you'll be suprised how quickly you lose your urge to

the new offers start on the 15th, with a new load of coupons in the new leaflet, so today is the last day to pick up the current h&b leaflet and the quit pack
you should be able to use any coupon dated the 14th up until midnight, although all the H&B coupons i have are dated until end of September/ end of OctoberDebt of £6300 cleared in 5 years, now ZERO0 -

Been missing for days and just catching up - The new load of coupons in a new leaflet - does that mean that there is a new leaflet out?
I have the current quit pack, some of the peach health and beauty coupons (I managed to find two of these on the pharmacy counter in Chester on Saturday, my first two) plus I have some So Beautiful coupons thanks to the kindness of others. Is that all there is or am I missing some new ones?
