Did you only buy one talc dotchas? You need to buy 2 products to get 100 points.

I was annoyed with myself as I forgot to get the johnson's products when I did my shop the other day. I dont usually use my clubcard but did as I had 3 x 50pointers and another points coupon, and forgot to get the soap:eek:

No I bought 4!!!!!:o     :o

I don't know what to do with it!
Can't take it back as i used loads of coupons!

  • Just got in from work to find disgruntled other half... He went to do the weekly shop at local self scan store. OH is not big on the couponing experience, but has tried once or twice with success, so told me to leave him a few mocs to try. (At this store I have usually managed to get off around a third just before it triggers the authorisation thingy). Anyway, after he'd used around £5 worth (on a £40 + shop) an alarm thing went off on the till and a sign saying stop. The supervisor (manager?) opened the box, took out all the mocs and said 'you haven't bought that, or that'... on & on & on. Took out the extra point vouchers with my name on from Health Living - said 'Give me your clubcard - these aren't in your name, they say Mrs!!' 'She's my wife!' said OH. Then he put those back through and said to my OH (a crowd and queue had built up by now) ' If I ever catch you doing this again I'll have you banned from this store!' Then he put one of the 50p mocs back through the SS (for an unbought item!) and left OH. Needless to say OH will not use mocs again! I wish we knew what the policy was. I'm tempted to write and complain, but I don't want to draw attention to us! Sorry for the rant, but I spend so much in Tesco - I'm a good customer, and this is how they treat you. Grrrrrrrr! I know it's off the topic of H&B, but I had to get it off my chest.
Weight loss - here we go again - watch this space!

    US...........And them............

How can Tescos get away with BOGOF offers where the price has been increased before the BOGOF
Some Oral B toothbrushes were on BOGOF last time but not my favourite ones.I bought some that were on offer and saw my favs were £2.59 each.
This time my faves are on BOGOF but are £3.99 each(although there is a SEL left saying £2.59).......can they do that?

Tescos have a track record of treating people appallingly.........in fact i think its part of the teaching process and how lots of CS and others get on.....

Going back to RandR days, they tried to humiliate you if you got one over on them........

They steal millions from little old ladies who dont know theyve been overcharged.............and since doing away with RandR are robbing more customers every day...........and dont like it whenyou tell them.
  • I had a fab time in my local Tesco today as I found the gold at the end of the rainbow, a brand new happy scanner!

What a love she was, scanned everything and was genuinely pleased that I got loads off my shop.

What a relief it was to go to her without the uncertainty of whether my coupons would be accepted :T
Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!
    Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945
    Smoke free days = 11 Years :T
Cash saved so far = £125,45,11

    Couponing....."every little hurts"

  • Bought some HB today along with my weekly shop and picked up some Dove regenerating handcream for £1 (as per SEL), but the till scanned it at £1.89. Bought this a few days ago for £1, so this has been changed recently and checked on .com and listed as £1.89 as well. Went to CS for DTD, but would only give me 89p as she said I had BOGOF!?! Didn't want to make too much fuss as I had used quite a few coupons as well as HB ones.

Just to let everyone know Mr T is watching us

My happy scanner wasn't so today and only let me have 1 of each type of coupon - I think Mr T is watching him too!
