Thanks kronen, yes I did read that about the till spits but thought I may buy something using oneof the money off voucghers then return it I am too scared to have the nerve to give in a clothing high points coupon and not buy it! LOL
btw does evryone re-use their bags when using their clubcard? Cos I often DON'T use my cc, so when i do, i reuse bags to earn a few green points. Plus last year they sent me a 50 points coupon in my mailing because I'd been recycling my bags. Every little helps

I have been shopping today, and had a real happy scanner... however, when I went to pay, I thought it seemed a bit more than expected...£30.00 shop for £9.00. I paid, then looked at the receipt. I had thrown in an extra £2.50 H&B coupon, and at the bottom where it prints the coupons, it says rejected, and has added the £2.50 back on!! I dont know if this is a permanent thing now or not. till didnt make any funny noises, and SA kept the ticket!! Just a warning.

I will not be as greedy now.... I have worked out £18.00 of BOGOF's, will leave me approx £1.75 to pay.... that will do!!

Tried to get some of the Talc for boosting my points, didnt get any as the lady in front of me swiped it all . Cheered up though as my £95 shop came down to £57 pounds after using all my wardrobe coupons at once.

Went back in to use some of my healthcare ones and got

2 x Rennies £5.98
2 x xtra health bars 2.98
1 x toothpaste 0.21
3 packets of reduced wipes 0.72

Total after BOGOF £5.41


used 1 x £2 off 8
used 2 x £1 off 4
and used 40p colgate toothpaste coupon

only £1.01 to pay

My H&B shop was fine today, got just over £10 worth and used £7.80 worth of coupons which were all accepted (1x £2.50, 2x £1.25, 2x £1, 2x 40p).

Fingers crossed for tomorrow .

Well, I've been in bed with a nasty virus - on top of the ME/CFS - feeling grotty (plom - poor little ole me!), not had my fix of visiting Mr T for awhile.

OH just came in jubilant with some coupons, Countdown to Christmas, (disappointed that they weren't the £6 clothing/electrical but they don't seem to be in our area but did not spoil his moment......), anyway can the Countdown to Christmas coupons be used on other items, I am sure I read it somewhere but can't remember.

went to my local tescos today (twice) chose the young girl on the checkout as always.....stocked up on sanex bath and shower gel....she accepted all vouchers so got 20 pounds worth of stuff free......unloaded in car took my coat off (so as not to be recognised) and put my glasses on, tied hair back etc..... and went back for a second go as feeling lucky......young girl had gone for dinner so had to go to an older CA......who informed me that they had just received a letter from HQ saying that they were not to accept more than 10% of total shop spend on vouchers.....so ended up bringing some home with me...........i won't be defeated though going to a different store 2mrw with kids in tow to spend the rest........

Hi Essex Maid - Hope you are feeling better soon . The 30p Bisto coupon from the booklet still works I think. The SAs I pick keep giving it back to me after reading it and say it doesn't work yet. It will if they scan it!!

I didnt get mine either, so i replied to the last emails saying i hadnt received them...I got two sets in the post yesterday (different email addresses)......so if you didnt receive them....let them know and you might get them , as i did
