I just went to a further afield tesco which is very hit and miss and bought 4 x radox handwash @£1.66 each £
2 sanex sensitive deodorant @ £1.18 each
3 x 37p toothpastes

total b4 BOGOF £6.64 + £2.36 +£1.11= £10.11
total after BOGOF £5.61

gave in £2.50 H&B
2 x £1.25 QK
3 x 40p colgate
£6.20. Only 59p in profit but still a profit and they took a fair few other coupons too.

Anyone know when these offers are on till cos I going further afiead even more next week lol

It's bizarre, isn't it? After having some H&B/QK coupons refused on Saturday, but all other mocs accepted I returned to the same store today. Used poundsinbucks combo if 6 radox handwash @ £1.66 bogof and a 29p toothpaste. (Thanks, by the way, pib) Used H&B 1x 2.50, 2x 1.00, QK 2x1.25, 40p and 25p toothpastes coupons and 5x 50point vouchers! All accepted, but all magazine coupons from the NSS leaflet refused! She scanned a few then queried the date. I pleasantly pointed out they were still technically in date (she didn't like the date on the front of them). She called over the supervisor who refused them and she went on the till and voided them. I just said it was ok, not to worry. Did not want to get SA in trouble, as she's always been my best bet. I think they will still work on SS tills (most don't expire till 24/10 or beyond) Anyone else had this happen?

They're a pair of £6 coupons, £6 off wys £30 on clothes, and £6 off wys £30 on electricals.....but you dont need to buy clothes or electricals, and you can use one of each(2x £6) on each £30 you spend..............

Hi suziewuzie - I used a Magazine coupon today . Well, I went to test the water, as it were, at a new Express store not far away. Just needed some milk and thought I'd try a coupon at the SS till. Coupon went through ok but then asked for authorization, and 3 members of staff later they still didn't know what to do. They reckoned it was because I had not bought the item on the coupon (it was a magazine one) :cool: . I left them to it and moved to another till after being handed back the coupon. Will avoid this store if I want to use coupons (unless I ever get one for milk ).

looking for some advice..i have just found the wardrobe clothing vouchers
£10 off a £50 spend, 2 x £6 off £30 spend, £4 off £20 spend can i combine any of these? and do i have to buy clothing?.
Does anyone have any good healthcare combos too?

Another bad shop tonight. Happy scanners not in again so chose young girl and she started to organise all my coupons into little piles :eek: and said she'd have to check what she could use. I told her nicely that the till usually accepts what can be used but she said the till will accept them all even if I hadn't bought the product. I tried to explain that you had to spend the right amount to use the H&B and healthcare ones but she just didn't get it.

She went to check with a supervisor and said she could only do 10%. I did my usual test run on first shop so I told her I had over spent and didn't want the toiletires on the next load. 2nd load came to £14 and as I hadn't bought any toiletries I couldnt use my H&B coupons but she said I could.... again I tried to explain but she just didn't understand. She tried to scan them but of course wouldn't go through so I gave her 2 x £1 magazine coupons which worked fine (however was also over 10%!!!!)

Would be getting worried about this store but sis (Narla) got all hers through no probs 2 lanes down.

Ok rant over.... hopefully I can get over it now!!!!! They say bad things come in 3's... well I've had 3 bad shops in a week......Will try again on W/E.
