How do you know this sunnydawn... and if you dont mind me asking whats your clubcard point balance - thanks to h&b (trying to keep to topic ??!!!??)New years resolution is to enter competitions2nd baby due 15th June 2008Wins: 1 night nurse hot water bottle:j0

I do 3 or 4 h/b shops a week and i always use my clubcard.
I don't get a big shop, i usually spend around £10. But get my toilitries for free.
I've just ordered £1500 worth of cosmos vouchers, ordered them on tuesday afternoon. They arrived yesterday.
Last night i booked a holiday to goa for £1700 (expensive brochure price) so paid £200
Most of my points were from h/b and using my extra points from wine mailings.
I only have 1 clubcard, don't have virtual ones, can't be bothered.
But i have joined all my mates and family onto the brochures, so they all give me there points. And as they all live in different addresses, i always use my surname. And when they ask for clubcard number i just leave it blank.
Also i ordered some wine for the 1000 points to be added. I've got confirmation but my points have not been added. Anyone any idea as to when they are added.
And that was my 1st ever order on line.0 -

Many other people on PTS have reported this and i'm sure someone else can confirm that £49.50 ish is the highest coupon that they print. If your next question is "what is PTS" it is Paid to Shop - another forum which is renowned for being the most friendly (isn't that right leadhead pmsl!)
As far as my cc balance is; i have 7 accounts with about 36000 spread over them, so my main one might have about 7000 on it. However i do only 1 h&b points shop on each per week if that, use a temp card for the rest to be sure to be sure. Most of my points come from 1000pt groceries/wine codes and baby club coupons. most of us prob dont have that much to worry about - hardhands has said that he used 2 clubcards every day - 14 shops a week is more than most i would suspect.
hardhands - thanks for the reply - were you using lots of coupons for each shop or was it just £10 h&b?
thanks

I think we were just unlucky, they told the SA off for accepting too many coupons and then they spotted us.0 -
Hi
How do you get your statements/vouchers/deals coupons if you do not register the temporary clubcards? What happens to the points?

I had £23.50 worth of coupons taken tonight, I had given a bit more, I knew they wouldnt all go through but had a go. I,m happy with that, I dont want to rub the proverbial Tesco,s nose in it. I will probly get more of that money back from car booty so I feel It,s all good news. Oh and the deals came to another £12.86 and I will use the coupons from the bran flakes in the next week or two, plus the 30p off Kellogs cereal ones that I have left. hi leadhead - can you give us some advice please - people cant really identify with all this talk of being banned as we have no idea what scale you are talking about. how much use would you say would flag us up on the system... most people dont do anywhere near as many h&b shops as your 'many per day' - do you think a few a week would be ok? please give us a clue here:)
I havent got a clue........I would be lying if i said i had any idea......I dont know any of the criteria they use, all i know is that if i get stopped/questioned re coupon use, they cant look at my receipt and tell me my inside leg measurement from it.
I learnt this the hard way.......and so did a few of us late last year.
But i also know i couldnt get away with over 50 transactions a week, using a CC.Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

I had some coupons rejected on a small shop last night. I bought 2 x plax, 2 x aquafresh and something small to take it over £10 pre bogof, plus 2 x slimfast tubs. I wasn't allowed to overlap any £x off wys £x coupons (but I did get the plax and paste coups accepted and 3 50-pointers - the girl didn't want to take them though). The toiletries/healthcare were effectively free, but I also padded with about £10 of groceries that I had to pay for(!).
It didn't help that there were 5 tillers, with about 3-4 supervisers all hovering about, for about 4 customers! Apparently, I was told, people are getting the stuff for free, then taking it back to CS for a full-price refund, which is why rules are being tightened. For me, the refund bit is going a step too far.
New deals next week! :T :T :T0 -
I've got two lots left, so will save 'em for when the deals change! I was so excited to pick up 2 SB's yesterday
Did my usual face wipes and hand wash combos and was left in credit!
Wonder what the new deals will be!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0
