Seeing as though I burnt my stash of QK's (see post 1881) :eek:

Could/does anybody fancy giving me a few QK's.
I would of course give them for there trouble some H&B's (new ones) which my Tesco has just got a load of ...

Yes the coupons are accepted in Scotland,I have no problems in Edinburgh,not tried Fife.

Just look through the thread for a shopping list you fancy and give it a go!
The sales assistant can only say no!But most will take the coupons,try to pick spotty male SAs,and smile sweetly!

I'm sure this has been covered before, but can't find it.

Does the '2 for £x' work in the same way as bogof? - i.e. does the voucher recognise the spend on the separate items before the discount is applied?

Want some lynx deoderant for OH which are £2.48 each, or 2 for £3.00.

I finally managed to find both the new H&B coupons and the So Beautiful magazines today. Well chuffed. :T

As usual did my shop on the self scanners with no problems. I don't do the pennies shops as I never have that many coupons and I have to buy a lot of things for the weekly shop. Got my shop down from £60 to £32 - was pleased with this.

Had an interesting conversation with one of the self scan people the other day. She was surprised that I had managed to get through soo many coupons. She didn't care that I'd done it but was saying that Tesco had a 10% off rule. I pointed out that this didn't work with the coupons they were giving out as the £2.50 off a £10 spend is more than 10%. She then argued that this was 10%! I did have to point out how £2.50 is not 10% off £10 (the teacher is me couldn't let this lie!) After a good 5 minutes she got it and laughed saying that they had obviously been given the wrong information. :rotfl:

thanks dotchas! just didn't want to look stupid, gonna have to take my toddler kickin and screaming with me as well, so, didn;t want a wasted journey!do u find any of these coupons in edinburgh, think i'll have to try a massive store like perth to find any. the sa's here are such tightwads, you'd think when you hand over coupons, your stealing or takin money out of their pocket!

I have only found Quit Smoking coupons here in Edinburgh,I have to get the others from ebay,or PTS (paidtoshop) forum or from very kind MSErs on here!

Yes this will work , but you could use 5x £1 h&b saving you a bit more.

Yes it works in the same way as the bogof . Got some today myself.

Just had a great shop
Bought 2 x £3.99 Tresemme Shampoo BOGOF
2 X £2.86 Plax Mouthwash BOGOF

Total before Bogof £13.70
After BOGOF £6.85.

Then used

1 x £2.50 H & B
2 x £1.25 Quit It
2 X £1.00 Plax Quit it
2 x £1.00 H & B

= £9.00

Therefore £2.15 profit and I used 2 x 50 point H & B which is equals £4.00 in Clubcard deals too!!

I went to a young male cashier who was great. Happy Shopping!!

Not sure ifits just my tescos, but had a fairly successful shop tonight, but it wouldnt take 2 x Quit coupons. the till beeped funny and he handed me one back. Should have done, as I bought 2 x tresemme, and shower gel. Just wondering how you peeps get two coupons through.
