You could try the bank, they may reverse the transaction if you say it was unauthorised. But they may send you away because you authorised the initial payment.
First thing you need to complain to the company, officially in writing. If they don't resolve it you can complain to the ombudsmen.
no they wont, authorising an initial payment doesn't authorise a company to dip in to your account whenever they wish.0 -

Generally it means writing a letter, not emailing or phoning. Usually, it takes some time to get a full refund (less £5) but mentioning making a complaint to the FCA in the letter might speed things up.
As a student, you should make a note to check out Terms & Conditions before committing yourself next time, whenever you sign up for anything on the internet, so as not to get caught out again.
that's simply not the case, its about as far from 'sound' as its possible to get0 -

Was it SGE who took the extra money?
Part of the call is to discuss switching energy suppliers. It is not uncommon to find you have agreed to switch energy suppliers who have already set up a Direct Debit.
This is possibly something else you agreed to whilst dreaming about the pound coins coming your way.
Here is a page littered with similar tales of woe.

Good luck with the bank but in reality, they may be just as bullish as SGE.
Go round in circles if you like complaining, phoning, emailing, facebooking, twittering or whatever medium you prefer but you should eventually end up getting the FOS involved.

I called lloyds bank an hour ago. Told me they cant do anything now because its still pending transaction and I have to wait till monday and go to branch in my city.0

why you said I cant do it via my bank? What about visa chargeback? I didnt authorize this transaction by myself. Its a scam man. I read other topic where people received refund from bank, so?
edit: yours help guys is useless) should I rely on thieves and wait kindly for refund from them? Haha! sounds funny. Look on google what is SGE Loans. People were waiting 2 months for nothing. After that they had to go to police or others institutions.
That is very unkind. YOU approached SGE for a loan, no-one forced you. There is no need to be foul to people offering honest advice (for free).
You appear to have financial issues, which can affect anyone, regardless of disability. I respectfully advise you to contact https://www.stepchange.org.uk for (free and impartial) assistance as soon as possible.

I'm guessing you're not studying English. Or manners for that matter.0
